This Vancouver apartment building was a large project because of its elaborate roof skirting system around its top perimeter. Many design flaws made this project particularily challenging.

This Ladner apartment building required both a flat roof replacement and a perimeter pitched roof replacement at the same time. This was perhaps our largest project to date (2006) because of its vast size and elaborate scope of work.

This Surrey apartment building was by square footage our biggest project (18000 sq.ft.). EPDM installed dead valleys and custom flashings made this project especially challenging.
