This early 1900s New Westminster home had wonderful owners whose goal it was to renovate from the outside in. The huge project started with the roof as we removed 3 layers of roof before apply the new fiberglass laminated shingles.

Suntuf Panel were used over the deck roof to allow sun light while blocking UV rays.
