Day to Day Operations
Generally speaking,
the management team can be considered the companies “home-base”.
They help provide direction for the workers that are out in
field working on projects. They answer incoming calls and
direct the inquiries to the appropriate individuals either
in the office or on the project site.
Project Organization
The management team
sets up and organizes all the details associated with the
start of each project. Once the project has started they work
hand in hand with the tradesmen and workers on site, providing
such things as additional materials, and technical information
necessary to complete a project. The management team deals
with the clients directly, communicating progress reports,
and any changes or alterations required in the scope of work
or methods used to achieve the desired result. The management
team is responsible for providing the final inspection, billing,
and any other details oriented towards closing the project
once the work is complete.
Financial
Maintenance
Things such as payroll,
payments to our contractors and suppliers, and general book
keeping are all the responsibility of the management team.
It is their responsibility to maintain the cash flow necessary
to keep our projects running smoothly.
Marketing
The management team
organizes any marketing campaigns necessary to make our brand
visible in desirable communities. They are responsible for
signage on project sites and keeping business cards and other
media accessible to our employees and tradesmen.
Project Pricing
and Estimating
Members of the management
team are responsible for visiting prospective project sites
to provide estimates and information to clients wanting our
services. We help the client choose desired materials as well
as discuss scheduling and other details associated with project
planning. |
