We are currently positioning ourselves to attract a relatively significant share of the residential new construction market as we plan to aim some of our marketing materials toward high-end home builders and renovators. This market has its pro and cons. An advantage of having new construction projects to work on is that progress does not rely on good weather. Rain or shine, the work can continue without having to worry about the water damage associated with roof renovations and bad weather.

Repairs and Troubleshooting
